TIMING:
Login Details: Within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive an e-mail that will ask a few clarifying questions, to better personalize your questionnaire. Within the following 2 business days you will receive a second e-mail and it will contain a link with login and password details, where you can access your personalized questionnaire.
Questionnaire: It can take a few weeks to coordinate gathering all of the answers to questions and to locate and scan photos to include in your book. You can take as much time as you wish here. It is totally up to you.
Design, Proof, Printing, Delivery: This will take up to 20 business days (10 days for design, production, proofs and approvals, 7-10 days for printing and shipping). You will receive a final PROOF of your book prior to printing.
So not to disappoint, if this is a gift for a specific occasion, start the process at least 5 weeks in advance of your deadline. This is not supposed to be a stressful process.
