Tracing the history of your ancestor’s opens a new understanding of how your family has evolved. Cathy has been fascinated with stories about family her entire life. Starting to do serious research after college, she has continued that path through the years. She has written family genealogies and a book for a local historical society that included a genealogy on everyone buried at the local cemetery. This book won the annual award for best local, county and state publication from her state level genealogy society.
As an adoptee, she researched and found relatives on both sides of her family which has become a heartwarming and rewarding experience. Expanding her family to another level has opened so many doors.
As a mother and wife, she cherishes the links of extended family that she is able to share and pass on to her family. Discovering where your ancestors come from and hearing their stories is a treasure that can be passed down for generations to come.
